The jungle views were breathtaking. Excellent staff. Delicious food in Japanese and La Vie restaurants. Driver Edi was fantastic. Beautiful and clean rooms. Luxurious day spa. Lovely pool near the Japanese restaurant.

The staff created an ideal atmosphere. On arrival the room was very clean. As picky eaters we liked to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Kubu at Mandapa couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away.

I had an incredible stay surrounded by beautiful nature. The hotel offered excellent facilities such as spa with stunning views, a great breakfast buffet, and a nice swimming pool. The staff was always very helpful and polite, making me feel at home.

The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet and a variety of lunch options. The staff was always polite and attentive. The location was perfect, as it was walking distance from many attractions in the city center.

The room smelled slightly damp and the air conditioning could have been better. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel.

The hotel location offers a beautiful view of the jungle, but it's far from the city center, which can be reached only through a shuttle bus that has limited and inconvenient hours. the restaurant on the rooftop has a nice view but is more expensive than the ones in the town. the hotel is nestled inside the jungle, which provides a unique experience.

The hotel staff was unresponsive to guests' requests and gave inadequate information about the hotel facilities.

The breakfast was delicious and quite diverse, offering different options of food groups. the view was breathtaking and it made up for the uphill walk within the hotel's premises. the shuttle buses made our life easier when going to the city center.

Sadly, the location is too far away from the city center and the staff was not very accommodating. the shuttle bus gets crowded quickly and we had to fend for a spot every time we wanted to leave for the city center.

This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. the luxurious amenities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the sun terrace, and the spa centre, were impeccable. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. the private facilities were exclusive, and the location advantages were unparalleled.

The breakfast had limited variety, which was a minor issue. this was quickly overshadowed by all the positive aspects of the hotel.
